AI-accelerated delivery

Faster with AI. Accountable as engineers.

AI has changed how software gets built. We use it throughout our delivery to move faster, and we build it into your systems where it saves real time. Experienced people stay in charge of every decision that matters.

In our delivery

Who does what, at every stage.

AI takes on the drafting, generating and checking. People own the judgement. Here is how that splits across a project.

Discovery

AI doesSummarises workshop notes, existing documents and process maps into a first-draft scope.

Our engineers doChallenge assumptions, agree priorities and sign off what success looks like.

Prototype

AI doesGenerates interface variations and a working, clickable prototype in days.

Our engineers doShape the user experience, test it with your team and decide what to build.

Build

AI doesWrites first drafts of well-understood code, migrations and documentation.

Our engineers doOwn the architecture, data model and security. Review and approve every change.

Test

AI doesProposes test cases, generates test data and flags risky changes.

Our engineers doDecide what must be covered, run acceptance testing and approve releases.

Run

AI doesWatches logs and metrics for anomalies and drafts incident summaries.

Our engineers doRespond, fix root causes and plan improvements with you.

In your product

Practical AI that removes busywork.

No chatbots for the sake of it. These are the AI capabilities we see paying for themselves inside admin dashboards, workflows and mobile apps.

Document processing

Read invoices, purchase orders, applications and contracts, extract the fields that matter and route them into your workflow for approval.

Search across your knowledge

Ask questions in plain language across policies, manuals, tickets and records, with answers that cite the source.

Assistants inside your systems

Copilots in your admin dashboard that draft replies, summarise case histories and prepare reports for review.

Triage & classification

Sort incoming emails, tickets and requests by type and urgency, and send each to the right person with context attached.

Insight from operational data

Spot anomalies, late jobs and unusual spend early, with plain-language explanations rather than another chart to read.

Smarter field apps

Voice notes turned into structured reports, photo checks and on-device guidance for teams on site.

Guardrails

Responsible by design.

AI is only useful if you can trust it with your operation and your customers’ data. These are the rules we work by.

Human in the loop

AI suggests, people decide. Consequential actions such as payments, approvals and customer messages require a person to confirm.

Data protection

Enterprise AI providers with no-training terms, minimal data in prompts, and POPIA-aware handling of personal information.

Measured, not assumed

Every AI feature ships with evaluation sets and success metrics so you know it works before and after launch.

Model-agnostic

We choose the right model for each job and can switch providers as the market moves, so you are never locked in.

FAQ

AI questions, answered plainly

Does AI-generated code reduce quality?

Not when it is used properly. At Digital Oxygen AI drafts code and tests, but senior engineers design the architecture, review every change before it is merged and remain accountable for what ships. Automated tests and code review gates apply to AI-written code exactly as they do to human-written code.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use enterprise AI services whose terms exclude customer data from model training, keep sensitive and personal information out of prompts wherever possible, and document what data each AI feature can access.

Can you add AI features to our existing software?

Often, yes. Common starting points are document extraction, search across internal knowledge, ticket and email triage, and assistants that draft content inside an existing admin system. We start with a small pilot with measurable success criteria.

Does using AI make projects cheaper?

It typically shortens the time to a working prototype and reduces effort on repetitive build work, which we pass on through faster delivery and tighter scopes. The judgement-heavy parts of software, such as architecture, security and data design, still need experienced people.
